News from the Field: Virtual Backbone

Recently, we launched our Virtual Backbone initiative to help improve sales teams' negotiating performance, all from the comfort and safety of their home office. The results are great, but we wanted to share a few additional insights based on participant feedback.   

1. Sales teams are looking for connection with the rest of the commercial team
2. Regardless of technological advancements, commercial teams need a common language to use when preparing for virtual negotiations
3. Sales coaching has always been important, but it is even more important in a completely virtual selling environment
